Most people think keeping fit is just about looking good, this is true to in some cases but overall keeping fit is about HAVING FUN!!!
To keep fit you don't have to go running for hours on end, playing football, riding your bike, going out on your skate board are all ways to keep fit and healthy.
Life is to be enjoyed and it could be more pleasant if we all lived healthier lives and lived longer to enjoy it. If you don't enjoy exercising or healthier eating, ask your parents or friends to join in, working together as a team can be much more fun!!
You can stay healthier and live longer just by making little changes to the way you live your life!
Have a look at the local fitness centres in the area and see if any of them have anything on offer for you to do, I BET THEY HAVE!
